Dominican College of Blauvelt – Doctorate of Physical Therapy
Carl is a foreign-trained Physical Therapist from the Philippines. He received his Bachelor’s degree at Velez College, one of the top-performing PT schools in the country. Prior to working here in Prestige, he was a PT volunteer in a non-government organization that caters to patients with both physical and mental disabilities. He has been in the practice for five (5) years now, with exposure to outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, and sports-related physiotherapy.
From a very young age, Carl has always been fascinated with the body’s anatomy and normal process of healing and recovery. This curiosity led him to pursue his education in the Rehabilitation Sciences. As a testament to his dedication for lifelong learning, Carl earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican College of Blauvelt in Orangeburg, New York last 2020. Carl learned from his experience that success in rehabilitation is based on a good patient-provider relationship, emphasizing empathy, and setting realistic goals specific to the individual.
Carl enjoys good coffee and exploring new food places in his free time. He also likes fashion, movies, traveling, and most of all–spending time with friends and family. Carl takes great joy in meeting and developing great relationships with patients and is always looking forward to assisting and promoting a healthier and stronger lifestyle for everyone.
